Standard Local Delivery Service

▸ Duration: 3-5 business days in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria – Other governorates in 4-7 business days.
▸ Fees: greater Cairo and Giza = 90 EGP – Alexandria = 105 EGP – other governorates= 120 EGP.

Important notes:

!! NO delivery services are active on Fridays or any holidays; they are not considered business days!

▸ A detailed address and a reachable phone number (for calls & WhatsApp) must be provided at the checkout page.

⤷ Any order with a vague or incomplete address and/or an unreachable number may be subject to cancellation.

▸ All Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a mandatory confirmation process. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp right after order placement.

⤷ Any COD order left unconfirmed after 48 hours may be subject to cancellation.

▸ The delivery durations above are post-fulfillment estimates; delivery is handled by third-party shipping companies. Uh Oh Stores does not guarantee an exact delivery date or time.

▸ All orders must be accepted unopened; inspection is allowed during delivery, in the presence of the courier.

▸ COD orders must be paid in full upon arrival; partial payments are not allowed.

▸ Online orders cannot be picked up in-store.

Return & Exchange Policy

▸ Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

▸ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging.

▸ To request a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item.

▸ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Defective or wrong items

▸ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

⤷ We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping fees, at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

▸ Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

▸ Items without original tags or packaging.

▸ Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased with a clearance discount.

Refunds

▸ Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, within 7-14 business days.

▸ Refunds are made through the original payment method; COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

▸ Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

▸ Return shipping fees are paid by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
